Friendly breakfast waitresses good location
The convenience of the location to the function we were attending was ideal. We were only there for one night and found it very comfortable.
Great value for money and loction
cloe to central city
no parking or not easy
Went to Beervana and Te Papa
The West Plaza's location was so Central. Great that there was another car parking option behind the building.
We were greeted by pleasant front desk staff. She helped by directing us to parking on the property which was limited but also close to public parking. Both had a fee but the hotel charged $15.00 which was reasonable. The room was well organized for comfort. She also helped us with info on booking a city tour and about what was available close by for meals, shopping and sights. The hotel is very well located and as a result we did not move the car once we checked in until it was time to leave two days later.
We felt that showering was an adventure in averting a flood and keeping upright upon exiting. We had to use our towels to mop up the area around the toilet which was dangerously slippery and inconvenient. Towels would have done us for the two nights stay otherwise - environmentally and cost- wise not best for the hotel.
Convenient to my venue. Cheerful, helpful staff.
I was on Floor 3 and the noise through much of the night from outside was a real pain. Ditto the traffic perhaps in the Parking building?
Fantastic Location, Friendly Staff and Great Price for the central city location!
Its central city location and very obliging friendly staff. This was my 3rd stay in two years and I would definitely stay again. It has everything I need and is handy to all the places I need to go.
The soap size was inadequate The shower was not good. The water flowed up to and around the toilet Would like more choices on the TV channels
It is a reasonable price and central.
Difficult for parking .Tried to use card in outside parking but wouldn`t work so we had to find coins.Overnight parking was only till 7am which is not good for weekends sleepins. Not your parking I know but does make client think of going elsewhere with more in house parking.
Could have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Is situated near St James Theatre and other entertainment venues. All the staff were very helpful. High standard of cleanliness. After checking out at 10 a.m., I could leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours while I shopped, then collect luggage when I was ready to leave Wgtn.
close proximity to city and event centre
the location is superb, very central for all in Wellington - we were there for WOW. the man at reception on check out day - Thursday 04/10 was excellent. you could open the windows
the beds were too soft and had a large dip in it
